Chef Anthony was also awarded the 2022 Excellence in Hospitality Award for Best Chef and Louisiana Cookin' Magazine's 2020 Chef to Watch!
All catering packages from Fat Calf Brasserie include servers, server assistants and bussers. All plateware, flatware, glassware is included. A 20% service charge will be added to the food and beverage portion of your bill.
Is outside catering an option?
Outside caterers may only be brought in Sunday thru Thursday. If you choose an outside caterer, they must follow our catering guidelines. A cleaning deposit is required. If your outside caterer does not provide uniformed staff, we will provide 2 servers per 75 people at $175 each.
We also have beautiful grazing boards available Sunday - Thursday for small groups. Our boards are freshly prepared with the highest quality cured meats, artisanal cheeses, sweet treats, seasonal ingredients and accompaniments.
Great for a first course for dinner parties, the perfect pick for corporate gatherings, a delightful option for a birthday party, brand launch, shower, brunch or any small celebration!
We offer CASH bars (each guest pays for their drinks) or HOST bars (host pays a flat rate per person over 21). No outside alcohol can be brought in.
All bar glasses, cocktail napkins, mixers, etc are included in our bar packages. A 20% service charge will be added to the bar portion of your bill. A bar package is required for an event on Fridays & Saturday
